7th Series of Ashtanga

Balancing her role as a mom to three boys aged 14, 17 and 19 with her dedication to yoga, she embodies patience, compassion, and a deep understanding of the demands of motherhood.

In Ashtanga yoga there are 6 series each more difficult than the previous one.
In Ashtanga community, family is considered to be the 7th series. It’s hard, much harder if the 7th comes before 1st!

The Goals

She wants to learn slacklining, hoping to drive a motorbike and dreams to build a real camper van and travel the world.

Do Your Practice and

Do Your Practice because
All is Coming

Life has shaped her understanding on the importance of physical and emotional well-being of people with MS (Multiple Sclerosis).

This personal experience has given her a unique perspective and empathy towards individuals with this condition, allowing her to create inclusive and supportive yoga environments for practitioners of all abilities and backgrounds.

Her own journey of self-discovery and finding balance in the face of these challenges has further fueled her passion for yoga as a transformative practice that can positively impact physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

By integrating her personal experiences and her professional expertise, she brings a holistic approach to her teaching, fostering an inclusive space where individuals can explore their own potential, find strength, and discover inner peace.

She strives to create a nurturing and non-judgmental atmosphere in her classes, where individuals of all ages and abilities can feel empowered to embrace their unique journeys and find solace through the practice of yoga. She ensures that everyone feels welcome and supported, regardless of their unique circumstances or challenges they may face

The Unselfish Art of Prioritising the Self

She’s never been an athlete, quite an opposite actually. Most of her life she has suffered with unexplainable joint pains. Any sport caused injuries.

She was first introduced to yoga in 2006 in Opole. It was static Iyengar style class that didn’t spark joy.

Being pulled by a dog she’s experienced shoulder injury. Frozen shoulder is a painful condition that craves constant movement.

The World Looks so Much Better Upside Down

Fascinated by aerial acrobatics and calisthenics, she trained on Aerial Silks and later on Aerial Rings.

Inspired by circus arts she loves defying gravity.

Full of energy and incredibly creative, she is passionate about movement in every form.

The Inner Journey
vs the Outer Journey

The inner journey didn’t actually began until she gave up smoking in 2014. That’s when she decided to prioritise self and invest into self-development.

She regularly practiced various styles of yoga, including Bikram, Dharma, Nidra, Rocket, Vinyasa, Aerial and explored Iyengar, Kundalini, Jivamukti or Yin yoga.

Her heart is with Ashtanga practice. This is a life transformation practice. She continues to develop her personal yoga practice at Ashtanga Yoga WrocΕ‚aw and through online classes.

Who am I? Myself

I am where I am

I am who I want to be

I don’t fit in a template

Labels are for clothes

And I know my superpowers
